今まで何度か来ましたが休みだったりしてなかなか行けなかったお店にやっと初訪問です。
スープは鶏ガラベースに鰹出汁を少々な感じですが、野菜スープ感が強く優しい味です。ニンニクがちょっと効いてます。
麺は平塚ご当地ラーメンの「ラオシャン」にも似た柔らかめの喉越しのいい感じで、するするお腹に入っていきます。
叉焼の柔らかさが秀逸。美味い。
地元っぽい、お母さんが3人でやってて、温かい雰囲気でほっこりするお店です。いいと思います。
