近隣に住む友人のNo.1のお勧めパン屋です。
あまり広いお店ではありませんでしたが、朝イチの訪問にも関わらず、ショーケースにはぎっしりのパンが並んでました。
デニッシュ系からハード系まで幅広い品揃えの中、以下の品を購入しました。
★シナモン・ノア ¥210
★キャベツとてりやきチキン ¥250
★梅しそベーコン ¥240
シナモン・ノアはクロワッサン生地にくるみとアーモンド入りの自家製フィリングが入った品です。
大好きなナッツとシナモンの組み合わせが最高に美味しかったです。
キャベツとてりやきチキンは、フォカッチャの生地に、てりやきチキンとザク切りキャベツが入っています。
こってりしたテリヤキのタレに粒マスタードがピッタリで、フォカッチャを使ったボリュームたっぷりの味わいでした。
梅しそベーコンは、バケット生地に、ねり梅・大葉・ベーコンが包まれています。
食べてみると、それぞれ主張しすぎない全く違和感のない組み合わせで、むしろモチモチのバケットが引き立てられていました。
どれも本当に美味しくて是非また他の品をいただいてみたいと思いました。
