JR二宮駅から徒歩20分。またはタクシーで山西小学校前。小さな、小さな街のパン屋。外観はそう思える。ところが東京からわざわざ。この店を目指して訪れる。しかし店は実に目立たない場所に。ひっそりと、ひっそりと。小さな街のパン屋さん。
このあたり土地勘がある。高名な蕎麦店（オリベ）。大好きな鍋島の特約店。でもまさかそれほど有名なパン屋が。だから世の中は不思議。貴重だからではない。本当に食べたいから。それが入手出来るから。大いなる満足感。
実は数日前にワイン会が。メンバーが箱根の帰りにわざわざ。立ち寄って購入してきた。それがモチモチで美味しい。店を確認したら。移転前には学大前に。しかも絶大な人気。それが子供の成長を考えて。この自然環境では納得だけど。よほどの決意。

塩味の効いたスペイン産のグリーンオリーブをたくさん乗せて焼き上げた
