今日は出張で川崎に来ました。
人生で2度目の川崎です。
川崎はなかなか大きな街なのでお店がいっぱいありますね。
とりあえずホテルに向かって歩いていると数名が並んでいるお店がありました。
少し年季の入った中華屋さん。
名前は天龍。
良い響きや。
まさに町中華という雰囲気。
これはちょっと立ち寄るしかないよね。
店内はカウンターのみ。
メニューもなり豊富で何頼もうか迷ってしまいます。
その中で気になるのは唐揚げチャーハン。
なんと魅力的な響き。
これに決めました。
ついでに焼き餃子もお願いしました。
まずは焼き餃子が登場。
お皿に6個、スタンダードなスタイルです。
かなりあっさりな味わい。
もう少しカリッと香ばし方が好みかな？
ジューシーって感じでもないし餃子は普通かな笑
そして待ちに待った唐揚げチャーハンが当時。
まず見た目が良いです。
こんもり盛られたチャーハンに唐揚げがどどんと4個。
非常に美味しそうです。
チャーハンはハムとネギと卵のシンプルタイプ。
味付けがしっかりしていて非常に美味い。
香ばしくパラパラなハイクオリティなチャーハンです。
これは過去トップ3に入るチャーハンです。
唐揚げはカリッとしてますが、既に揚げた唐揚げを再度揚げてるのでジューシーさには欠けます。
ただカリカリがチャーハンとの食感のコントラストが良い感じです。
最高のチャーハンに大満足です。
