「楽しい」ジンギスカン : Yama jin

2度目の訪問です
週末だったのもあり、団体様がいらっしゃって店内はほぼ満席の大賑わい！
ワンオペで忙しそうでしたが注文もスムーズに出てきてこの日も沢山ラム肉を堪能できました
大衆な雰囲気も、ドリンクや取り皿、おしぼりなどがセルフサービスなのもむしろ楽しい

前回と同じ特選肩ロースを含む食べ放題にしましたが、この特選のお肉の方が脂身控えめであっさりで個人的に好みです
多少歯応えがあるというか、噛み応えてのあるお肉で顎がやられますがあっさりしていてくどくないのでパクパク頂けます
お肉2種、野菜(玉葱ともやし)のみで少し飽きるものの調味料が卓上に沢山あるので味変ができるのが◎
オニオンスライスと一緒に頂くと脂っぽさもなくなり皿に食が進む！
お肉ばっかり食べていても全く胃のもたれがありません、焼肉で同じ量食べたらきっともたれるだろうな...

This restaurant is located a little away from Kawasaki Station. There are several Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) restaurants in Kawasaki, but I had not visited this one. The exterior has a casual feel, but the interior is very clean and has a reasonable capacity. The chairs are a little high and the tables are low, so it is a little difficult to eat, but that's also good. (lol) On the table are original sauce, rock salt, pepper, chili pepper, and curry powder, and garlic is charged separately. The hot pot is different from ordinary Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) hot pot, it is an original "Yamajin hot pot"!!! It is a style that I have never tried before, and it is exciting. ○All-you-can-eat premium lamb shoulder + all-you-can-drink →With this course, in addition to raw lamb loin, you can eat all-you-can-eat premium lamb shoulder loin. You can also have a vegetable platter, sliced onion, rice, and Ramen for finishing. ・Premium lamb shoulder loin →It is soft and delicious without any odor! It's easy to eat because it's low in fat. It can be grilled quickly because it's just a little bit red. ・Raw lamb loin → Compared to lamb shoulder, which is a typical lamb meat with a lot of fat, it is tougher and leaves a little in the mouth. It's quite fatty, so if you want to eat a lot, the special lamb shoulder might be better. ・Vegetable platter → Onions and plenty of bean sprouts, boiled in the "Yamajin pot" instead of grilling it like regular Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate)! The flavor and fat of the lamb flow out into the soup, making it a little oily and junky (lol). It's delicious when boiled until it's soft! I was a little surprised to see the fat left on the side dish after eating... (lol) ・Sliced onion → I was thinking of ordering sliced onion that has no spiciness at all, but the waiter brought it out for me, saying "It's delicious to eat it together." It's topped with plenty of ponzu sauce and bonito flakes. This goes really well with lamb! ! Yamajin's original sauce and rock salt were delicious, but personally, I found it best to eat it with sliced onion! I had 3 refills. Highly recommended. Egg noodles: Chewy egg noodles, boiled in soup with melted lamb fat, dipped in sauce and eaten like Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) Perfect for the finale! Smartphones and photography are prohibited inside the restaurant, and you must go outside if you want to use a smartphone. Seats are limited to 90 minutes, and last order are 20 minutes before? There are no extensions, so you have to look at the clock and think about how much you can eat. It gets a little hectic at the end, but 90 minutes is enough to satisfy you. There are only two types of meat (one type for the raw lamb course) and the vegetables are onions and bean sprouts, so you may get a little tired of them. Drinks and plate serving are self-service, and payment is made in advance with meal tickets. Although there is a unique system, it is not a problem once you get used to it and it is a very enjoyable restaurant. They go outside to set the fire to see you off (^_^)
