旧友たちと17時のオープンと同時に訪店。
タイ料理は街によくありますが…ベトナム料理店って…初めてかもしれない。メニューを見ても似てる感じで…イマイチ違いが分からないなぁ。。。f(^_^)
海老タマリンド炒め。タマリンドってフルーツだった？よくわからないけど…お店の方が勧めてくれたので～素直にオーダー！(’-’*)♪やっぱり美味しい！殻付き海老なので火が通っても旨味が逃げずに凝縮！d=(^o^)=b 海老好きなので大満足です。
パクチーサラダ。最近ではメジャーになったパクチー♡大好きだから外せません！
空芯菜炒め。ベトナム語ではラウムウンサオというらしい。お味はいつものパックブーンファイデーン(タイ語)と同じです。
海老生春巻。裏切らない美味しさ。
春雨と塩海老炒め。ミインサオ。お気付きでしょうか？海老ばっかりのオーダー！(*>∀<*)食べたいものを選んでいたら…(*/∀＼*)こうなっちゃった！
バインセオ。ベトナムのお好み焼きって感じ。見た目は卵焼きみたいなのでしっとりした生地かと思いきや、パリパリ(゜∇^d)!!だったんです。初めて食べました！中身は海老のほかに(また、海老！f(^_^))生のもやしが入ってあっさりしたお味。すっかり気に入り、次回来たときも これを頼もうと友人たちと話しながら完食。
川崎にお気に入りのお店が1軒増えました！
