熱いけど優しい四川麻婆
評価が高い四川料理のお店、やっと訪問です。
石焼き麻婆豆腐 中辛900円
大きな石焼き鍋に、グツグツ煮えたぎって提供されました。
熱すぎて口の中を火傷…、最後まで中々冷めずに、猫舌の私は食べ終わるのに時間が掛かってしまいました。ここまで熱くしなくても…。
中辛を頼みましたが、それ程辛さは感じません。
見た目はゴツい味を想像しましたが、優しい味で、大きめの挽肉が良いアクセントになって美味しかったです。
bad、熱過ぎるのが苦手なので、次は別のメニューに挑戦予定。

最近、本格中華の担々麺にハマっていて、評価の高いこちらに、約2年ぶりに伺いました。
お冷やじゃなくてウーロン茶、ちょっと嬉しい。
坦々刀削麺790円 大盛+100円
刀削麺は生まれて初めて、信州のほうとうみたい、太い・大きい、もちもちで食べ応えあります。最初は美味しかったけどだんだん飽きてきて…、細麺の担々麺の方が私は好きです。大盛は予想以上、お腹いっぱいで少し後悔…。
クセのないスープ、もっとゴマが強い方が好みでした。
