素材、スパイスにこだわりあり
薬膳牛バラ角煮刀削麺大盛(890円)を注文しました。
ほんの数分で着丼。
見た目の印象と違い、辛み痺れはほぼない比較的あっさりスープをベースに、16種類のスパイスを使用で中華特有の複雑な味と香りにつつまれます。牛バラ角煮はとろけて美味しい。
麺は不揃いなきしめんに近く、大盛でお腹いっぱいコスパ最高です。
人気の麻婆豆腐や気になるチャ～ボン。酒も種類豊富で、近くに住んでる人が羨ましいお店でした。

前回いただいたのは薬膳牛バラ角煮刀削麺。
中華特有の複雑なスパイスにハマりどうしても食べたくなって2回目の訪店です。
本日は担々刀削麺と小ライス(790+150円)を注文。ウーロン茶とミニサラダ、搾菜が添えられコスパもいいんです。
辛みの少ない胡麻香るスープに、チュルぷる刀削麺は丼の底までびっちり入ってボリューム満点。
漢源花山椒を加え風味アップ。
お腹いっぱい大満足でした。
