川崎駅の近くにあるラゾーナ川崎店さんの１階フードコートにあるお店。
ぴょんぴょん舎さんは盛岡冷麺の有名店で、盛岡以外にも店舗展開していますが、私はこれまで食べたことはありません。
盛岡冷麺以外にもイロイロメニューがあって気になりましたが、今回はデフォの「盛岡冷麺（990円）」を中辛で注文。
会計後、呼び出しブザーを渡され、７分程で出来上がりです。
スープはあっさりした中にも旨味がたっぷり出ていて、とても美味しいと思います。
冷麺の麺は、ゴムっぽく感じるお店が多いですが、こちらの麺はモチモチとした食感で、スープともよく合っていて美味しかったです。
辛さは最初はそれほどではなかったものの、食べ進めるうちに結構辛く感じるようになったので、辛いものが苦手な方は控えめで注文した方が良いと思います。
ボリュームはそれほど多くはありませんが、美味しい盛岡冷麺を食べたい方にオススメです。
