沖縄料理でランチ❣️
という事で、日航ホテル横からJR線の高架を渡って、ミューザ川崎の一階に出ましたが、中々店に辿り着けず、、、館内の案内板を3度確認して、ようやくでしたね。
ソロ客には辛いカウンターは三席のみ、まぁ気にせずにですが、着席と共にオーダー取りのお姉さまが、ボールペン片手にま後ろで待機、、、。
ランチの豚丼or海鮮丼と沖縄そばのセット、以外のメニューにもゆっくりと目を通そうとしましたが、プレッシャーを掛けられてしまい、、、ネギ塩豚丼と沖縄そばをハーフでオーダー。
おっと、豚丼もハーフサイズだったのねぇ〜の着丼。ただ、ご飯量は良く、麺量もそれなりですな。
沖縄そばの麺、モチモチで旨旨ちゃん❣️カツオと豚の出汁で、スープも旨旨ちゃん❣️でしたが、紅生姜が予めオンなので、すぐに紅色付き始め、すぐに生姜味付き始めちまいますね。嫌いではありませんが、味変のタイミングがね。
豚丼、ネギ塩たっぷりで胡麻油が効きまくり、食欲を刺激んぐりんで、こちらも旨旨ちゃん❣️豚バラも、も少し多めにお願いしたかな？唇がギトリながらも、箸止まらんちゃん❣️スプーンが常備されてたら、嬉しいかな？
着丼待ちの間に、改めてメニューも確認出来たし、場所も確認できたし、次回の愉しみも出来ました。
