土曜日の17時30分。
電話で予約して行きました。
開店が17時30分を知らず10分前に到着。
おじさん店員が1人回転準備中でした。
開店と同時に入店。
すぐに2組が入ってきて評判通りの人気店を感じます。
注文は、
海ぶどう
ポーク玉子
飲み物はハブハイボールといういかにも沖縄のお酒を注文しました。
店員がおじさん1人だけなので私たち含め3組の注文を聞き、お酒を提供し、料理を作るので時間がかかりました。
沖縄料理の中で一番好きな海ぶどう。
相変わらず美味。
ポーク玉子は少し玉子が少ないのが気になりましたがこれも美味しい。
追加でウインナーの野菜焼き(料理名を忘れた)
ウインナーが太く食べ応えあり。
途中で店員さんが1人きて、ようやくペースを掴んだ感じです。
ゆっくり沖縄料理を堪能しました。
