久々、名古屋系の料理が食べたいな～と思って行って来ました。
世界の山ちゃん
名古屋発の手羽先の美味しいお店です。手羽先だけでなく、他にも赤味噌を使った料理等いっぱい名古屋の料理があります。とりあえず、手羽先の唐揚げと銀河高原ビール（生）を頼む。その他にも、串かつや豚肉のおろしポン酢、期間限定の手羽煮って言うのがあったので、これも頼んでみます。
手羽先の唐揚げは、スパイシーでいつもの様に美味しい～（^^）ビールが進みます。もっと頼めば良かったかな？（笑）手羽煮の方は、醤油味で甘辛く煮込んであります。それに、これがとても柔らかくなっていて、美味しかったですね～。期間限定じゃなくて、定番メニューにして欲しいです（^^）ｖ
串かつは、たっぷり味噌ソースがついているので美味しい～。この味噌ソースって本当に美味いなぁ～（^^）豚肉の方も柔らかくて食べやすかったですね。どの料理も、本当にビールに合うって感じですよぉ！まだ食べれそうだったので、ドテ煮とジンギスカンの唐揚げなんかを頼んでみる。ドテ煮は、モツや大根、コンニャクが赤味噌ベースのスープで煮込まれていて、甘辛く美味しい～。モツが固くなりすぎてないし、御飯にかけても美味しいだろうな～。ジンギスカンの唐揚げは、羊肉なんだろうな。これも、なかなかでした。
山ちゃんは、濃い目の味付けのモノとビールが飲みたい時には、ピッタリな所だね（^^）今日も美味しかったですぅ！
