【6月17日再訪】
韓国人とドイツ人の客を連れて訪問。
夜景の見える個室を取ったのは正解で非常に客も喜んでいた･･･がしかし、
１．週末の混んでいた時期でもないのに注文が遅い。
たいして頼んでいた訳でもないのに全部出るまで３時間近くかかった。
２．オーダー違い４回。慣れていないバイトもいたので、間違えること自体はやむを得ないが
「間違いなくオーダーされている」と開き直るのはどうかと思う。
３．「牛カルビの鉄板焼き」を２つオーダーしましたが、出てきた料理は９５％がタマネギのみで
牛肉は殆ど入ってなかった。
＊結論
料理にも問題はあるが、何よりも客商売としてまず態度を改めるべき。
評価に値せず。
