特に田村牛サーロイン(2178円)
さっとだけ網で炙ってね
レアな部分と焼かれた部分が半々くらいで食べるのが良いね
焼き過ぎると脂が落ちちゃうから注意
わさびと相性が良いのよ
肉の上質な脂がわさびと混ざってソースみたいになって
あと上ロース(1848円)ね
こっちは田村牛よりは脂控えめだけど、でも十分過ぎるほどの脂
噛むとジワっと甘い脂が溢れ出てきてね
タレにたっぷり浸すんだけど、脂で分離しちゃうんだよね
まぁホルモンに関してはそこそこだったかな
ミノはブロック状じゃなくて細長い方が良いね
