川崎駅西口商店街の一角にある小さなパン屋さん。
気をつけて探さないと通り過ぎてしまいそう。
地元密着な感じがします。
種類は少ないけど、どれも丁寧に手作りされたパンだなあという印象。
どのパンも、パン生地がきめ細かく、とても柔らかい。
カレーパン、
アップルカスタード、
カスタード、
フレンチトースト、
はっきり言ってハズレなしだった。
どれもふわふわして、まずそこが共通して美味しい。
個人的にはカスタードが好き。
カスタードも優しい。穏やかでなめらかなカスタード。アップルカスタードも良かった。
また行きたいなあと思いました。
