川崎に位置するこのタンメンの名店は、私が時折無性に食べたくなるほどの魅力があります。体に優しいタンメン専門店として、シンプル、味噌、辛味の3つのベースから選べ、麺の硬さや生姜、ニンニクの追加など、カスタマイズも可能です。ハーフサイズでも十分なボリュームが嬉しいところ。さらに、餃子や唐揚げ、チャーハンなどのサイドメニューも充実しており、セットメニューも用意されています。
味に関しては、出来立ての味わいが素晴らしく、時間が経つにつれて野菜とスープが絶妙に馴染み、深みが増していきます。食後の感想はあっさりとした味わいでありながら、野菜がたっぷりと使用されているのが特徴です。
驚くべきは、全メニューがワンオペで調理されていること。カウンター越しに見える厨房では、男性が中華鍋を巧みに振り、タンメンの具材を手際よく調理しています。その姿を眺めることで、ライブ感覚で無駄のない仕事ぶりを堪能できます。
そして提供されたタンメンは、ハーフサイズでも十分な野菜の量が感じられ、ショウガの香りが漂うスープは心地よさを与えてくれます。この店のタンメンは、ただ食事を楽しむだけでなく、調理過程も含めて贅沢な体験を提供してくれるのです。
