I made a reservation for 7:30pm on a weekday. I searched for ``Kawasaki Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)'' and saw good reviews, so I invited a friend to visit. I'm glad I made a reservation because it was almost full when I entered. (It became empty after 9pm, but I recommend making a reservation.) This time I tried the counter, but it was a spacious seat with a deep table. The atmosphere of the store is bright and the staff are all cheerful and kind! ! The place is full, but even if you're noisy, there's space between you and the customer next to you, so you won't be able to hear what's being said. Smoking is allowed at the counter, but there are also non-smoking tables. Also, the affiliated restaurant `` Grilled skewer Go'' seems to be a non-smoking restaurant. ← Correction Smoking was allowed in all seats. Excuse me! Well, cheers with beer! What should I eat? Chicken sashimi seems to be recommended, so I had two kinds of assorted white liver and heart. At first, I was told that the hearts were sold out, but they said they were just there (lucky).I ordered an assortment of smoked meats, Grilled skewer, tomato rolls, asparagus rolls, skin (salt, sauce), meatballs with yolks. I ordered other things, but they were already sold out.The first thing that came out was chicken sashimi, which was served with two types of sauce: sesame oil + salt and sashimi soy sauce. The staff said, ``Please eat within 30 minutes.'' First, add white liver to sesame oil and salt until it melts! ! I've never eaten anything like this! Beer is on the way! Refill order. The heart is melt-in-your-mouth and has a crispy texture. I think I prefer white liver. The tomato meat rolls have that familiar flavor, juicy and filled with sweet tomato juice. Even as I write this now, I get a lump in my throat remembering it. And assorted smoked meat! The soft-boiled yolk of the smoked egg has a wonderful shine, and when you put it in your mouth, you'll be surprised at how rich it is! Beer is on the way again! In the second half, I drank a highball with cheese and mentaiko as snacks. It was delicious to eat asparagus rolls with mentaiko and mayo. For the skin, I ordered one bottle of sauce and one bottle of salt to share, but the salt had a sweetness that brought out the fat, and the sauce was lighter than I expected, so I could have had as many as I wanted. Tsukune contains cartilage and has a crunchy texture. I ate it with the rich yolk. Was it grapefruit sour this time? Was it a little thin? So far, everything I ordered in my first order has arrived, but instead of being served all at once, Grilled skewer were brought out piece by piece, so it was warm and delicious. I guess the person in charge of the pottery had already been decided, but there was a name at the counter. My stomach had calmed down and I was convinced that anything I ate would be delicious, so I started craving something junky (← I've already eaten this far), so I ordered fries, fried chicken, and buffalo sauce. I got it in a large portion. Unfortunately, the potatoes were a little soft, and the fried chicken had a crispy coating. The buffalo sauce was sour. Finally, a highball.
