Tonight I'm having a girls' night out with a friend from work.The shop is #Rumina Kitchen. There's a sign at the entrance. Go up the narrow stairs and you'll find the shop on the second floor. I like the atmosphere of the counter and shop. First, let's start with the food. The appetizer is cold soup. How wonderful First of all, #Raw Kanpai. The first snack is #Cream cheese pickled in garlic and soy sauce. #Homemade smoked salmon and tuna pickled in gin. Gin pickles are so fresh! This is a shop with a lot of craft gin, after all. But not at all. I surprisingly liked the tuna, which was easy to eat without being addictive.Next was #whitebait and Arima sansho pizza.The garlic and sansho pepper were both effective.I hear they use spicy chicken skin ponzu sauce with harissa.It's not that spicy, so it's easy to eat.
