川崎で美味しいラムが食べられるという事で此方のお店にお邪魔しました。早めに入れたから予約なしで問題無かったですが、週末辺りは予約が必要な予感がします。アイスランド産ラムを提供してくれるので季節野菜ラムセット、味付マトンセット、ラムのたたき、キムチ三種盛りを注文。ドリンクはひたすらジャスミンハイを飲んでいました。
キムチは甘辛い白菜、さっぱりした山芋、意外と辛いトマトの三種で山芋が美味しく酒のアテ、ラムの口直しに良いです。たたきはかなりさっぱりしているので、お肉が到着する前に食べないとインパクトが薄くなります。お肉はラムから頂きましたが臭みが無く肉と脂のバランスが絶妙で塩でもタレでもかなり美味しく頂けます。
マトンはラムより臭いはありますが、味付けタレで臭みやクセを消しています。焼いて食べると赤身とタレの美味しさが分かります。追加でラムのランプ、ラムチョップ、もやし、たまねぎを注文。ランプは適度に脂身がありジューシーで分かりやすい美味しさですね。ラムチョップは焼き方によって評価が変わると思うので脂身はじっくりパリパリになるまで焼く事をオススメします。脂身には塩、肉にはマスタードで食べるとメチャクチャ美味しいです。
女性店員さんが凄い感じが良くて色々教えて貰ったので楽しく食事が出来ました。ありがとうございました。
