1、そのまま食べる。
2、薬味、とろろをのせて食べる。
3、お出汁を入れて食べる。
黒毛和牛にしては脂感少なめの肉質だった
ネギ塩タンが厚みもあり柔らかくくさみもなく美味しかったです。
