この日は川崎でのオフ会に参加させて頂きました♪
幹事様が美味しくてお気に入りのお店の新店ができたということです！
６名でテーブルを囲み、お肉会のスタートです＾＾
まず最初に、幹事様が確保してくださっていたきれいな黒タンが塊でお目通し！
とれたてほやほや。フレッシュです。
どのようにカットするか相談の上、一旦退場。
☆サラダ
シンプルでしっかり味のチョレギサラダです！
あんまり野菜は食べない派なのですが、チョレギ系は止まらなくなります♪
☆キムチ3種
オイキムチ、白菜キムチ、カクテキ。
☆黒タン一本焼き
最初にお目見えした黒タン、タン元とタン先で厚みを変えてカットして頂きました。
やっぱり厚切りが私は好きです！サクッとした食感。
タンは最近脂がきつくなった胃袋でも、パクパクいただけちゃうのがうれしいですね♡
さすが新鮮なだけあり、とても美味しかったです♪
☆特選レバー焼き
大好きレバー！焼いてしまうのがもったいないくらい(；；)
おいしー。
☆10秒赤身焼き
さっと焼いて頂く赤身。
☆国産サムギョプサル
いい豚はやっぱり違いますね！！
脂がしつこくなく、食べやすかったです。
☆奇跡の牛焼き
結構な脂なのでちょっときついかな？と思いましたが、香味野菜とおろしポン酢で頂くので
意外にあっさりぺろりでした♪
☆和牛霜降り握り・和牛赤身握り
肉寿司も２種類食べ比べさせて頂きました！どちらも美味しいけど
やっぱり赤身かな♡

生姜醤油でさっぱりと頂きます。
☆ザブトンの山椒焼き
山椒がふりかかったザブトン！山椒好きなので、いいかんじ！
うなぎに合うんだから、脂の乗ったお肉にも合わないはずないですね～。
☆サーロインのすき焼き
きれいにカットされたサーロイン。さっと焼いて頂きます。
たっぷり乗った脂がジューシー！
☆ホルモン3種
☆コムタンスープ
いいお出汁が出ています♪ほっこり♡
☆カレー
なかなか美味しくてスパイシーなカレーでした！
結構な量が出てきて、降参ｗ
☆デザート
苺アイスを頂きました。
お肉の後にはフルーツがさっぱりとしていいですね。
かなりのボリュームでみんな大満足！
わざわざ川崎までやってくる価値のあるお店だと思います。
