川崎ラゾーナの裏手にある神奈川の焼肉屋のチェーン肉小僧 匠に行ってきました。祝日の夜で当日の夕方に電話したところ、席が空いているとのことで予約して行きました。
店内はほぼ満席で、地元の方々で人気の様子。口コミを読んでいるとコースの方が多かったので、コースにしました。4000円の一番安いコースに美味しそうだった本日のオススメの特選和牛3種盛り(2980円)追加しました。6000円のコースだと4000円のコースに追加で和牛2種盛りだったので、単品追加の方がお得？と思いましたが、実際はどうなんでしょう。
品数は4000円のコースで12品と多いです。
チョレギサラダ：レタスがへたれていて、作って時間経っている様子でした
超新鮮！特選上レバー焼き：最初のお肉はレバーでした。新鮮で美味しいです。
特選和牛3種盛り：コース外の本日のおすすめ。カイノミ、シンシン、トモサンカクが2枚づつ。味、食感の違いが感じられてて楽しめました。これが一番美味しかったかも。
ネギ上タン塩；普通に美味しいタン。最初に出てきていれば良かったなとは思いました。
キムチ盛り合わせ：少しシナッとした普通のキムチ。
和牛10秒赤身：10秒赤身、ですが、そこまで薄くなく、ちょっと固いので、長めに焼いた方が美味しいのでは？
香味野菜とおろしぽん酢で頂く奇跡の牛焼き：ポン酢にとろろを入れたタレで食べます。ポン酢味強すぎて、牛はそのまま食べた方が美味しいかも、と思いました。
サムギョプサル：豚バラ2枚で、サムギョプサルだそうです。貧相な見た目で出てきたときにちょっとびっくりしました。
ビビンバ：日替わりご飯ものは選択できるわけではなく、決まっているようです。途中でいきなり出てきました。ビビンバというかそぼろが入った混ぜご飯。
カルビとロース：和牛2種です。本来はカルビとハラミだったので、聞いてみたら、ロースを出しちゃったとのことでした。
選べるスープ（ユッケジャンスープ）：普通のスープでした。
鮮度抜群ホルモン3種盛り：大きめに切ったハツ、ミノ、シロコロ。どれもかなり美味しいです。
デザート
全体的に和牛はクセがなく、標準以上の美味しいお肉、って感じ。全体的に美味しくハズレ無しで美味しい焼肉を味わえました。
ただ、それ以外の料理、料理のプレゼンテーション、サービスはファミレスレベル？って感じかな、とも思いました。特徴のないお皿にあまり美味しそうに見えない盛り方がマイナスでした。小さいお皿にお肉が2枚づつ出てきたのですが、もう少しまとめて出てくれば良かったのに。取り皿が出てこないのも残念。そういえば、鉄板交換は無しでした。
なお、4000円のコースプラス1品でも少食の我々でもお腹いっぱいにはなりませんでした。
飲み物も2杯づつ飲んで1人7000円だったので焼肉ならこんなものでしょうか。お肉は美味しい店です。
