A friend of mine had a delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, so he made a reservation for me. It is located in a residential area a short walk from Kawasaki Station. Since it was Saturday, the store was full. It's a lively shop. First, let’s toast with a highball! ★Pinch with namul ★Liverbriand It's a really thick liver. I baked it well and tried it. Add lots of garlic to sesame oil and it's delicious! ★Special Seitan Salt Eat with seasoning. This seasoned green onion is delicious, so you can use it for other meats as well. It's super soft and I love the tongue and salt! The tongue is a must-try. ★Tokujo Harami This is grilled well and eaten with green onions and black pepper mixed in fish sauce. This black pepper has quite a punch. I can't put a lot on it, but I can eat about two grains on it. ★Homemade Lemon Sour A slightly sweet lemon sour. The carbonation isn't too strong, so it's easy to drink. Surprisingly delicious! ★Grilled beef with aromatic vegetables and grated ponzu sauce topped with grated yam This is an unusual way to eat it! The grated ponzu sauce makes it refreshing, and the grated sweet potato combines vegetables and meat.It's a bit interesting, so let's try it at home! liked it. ★Grilled shabu-shabu with salted ponzu sauce Grilled shabu-shabu is thin, so it's grilled like shabu-shabu, but it's a different kind of ponzu sauce than the previous one.
