JR川崎駅の直結の商業施設「LAZONA川﨑」4Fエリアにあるタイ料理レストラン
「Mango tree Café ラゾーナ川崎プラザ 」。
10月中旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
世界各地に展開する有名タイ料理レストランチェーン「マンゴツリーカフェ」らしい
お洒落な雰囲気の店内はテーブル席が全60席の広さ。私は２人掛けテーブル席へと
案内されました。
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
この日は
「センレック ナーム」(950円)
をオーダーしました。
さほど待つ事無くヌードルが上がりました。
「センレック ナーム」の麺は白色半透明の平たい米麺。具にはひき肉、蒲鉾、
ルークチン(フィッシュボール)、ネギ、ワンタン(皮)、パクチーなど。
タイラーメンと言うと現地屋台では200～300円でいただける大衆料理ですが
流石はマンゴツリー、器からお洒落で別の食べ物みたいです (#^.^#)
ラーメンと一緒に運ばれてきたタイ料理店お馴染み４種の調味料「クルワンプルン」
より「プリックポム(乾燥唐辛子)」「プリックナムソム(唐辛子の酢漬け)」「プリック
ナンプラー（唐辛子の魚醤漬け）」を適量パパッとかけて、早速いただいてみました♪
スープはコクがあり、自分好みの辛さになり美味。麺にも良く絡んでますね (^^)
豚ひき肉は旨味が合って美味しいです。もやしのシャキシャキ感も良いですね。
パクチーはやや少なめな感じかな。
スープを最後の一滴まで飲み干し完食しました。
