I went with three of my juniors! Exit the east exit of JR Kawasaki Station, go straight along the road between More's and Misdo, turn right when you hit Heiwa Dori (the big street just before National Route 15), and walk 50 meters to find the store. One of my juniors and I arrived at the store 20 minutes earlier than planned, but they welcomed us happily (^^ The first floor of the store has a table seat for 6 people in the front, and a table seat for 6 people in the back. There are counter seats next to the counter seats.The bar staff makes drinks right in front of the counter seats, making it look like a bar.Even if you can do it alone, you can still enjoy a conversation with the staff!The appetizer is Prosciutto I'm glad it came out! Recommended potato salad. The bacon is thick! It's a satisfying size♪ Here, another junior arrived on time. We toasted again with sparkling wine! Iberico pork Chorizo salami. Meat and olive oil. It smells great! The famous Volcano Steak! Rocks are spread on the bottom of the iron plate, and on top is a large slice of rare Steak. The staff sprinkles Spiritus on it and lights it. It bursts into flames at once! Western I dipped it in wasabi sauce and it was delicious! Stewed beef tendon in red wine. The aroma of mellow red wine! It's exquisite♪ Boiled tripe with tomatoes. Tripe = Hachinosu. Slight cheese aroma? It's a somewhat fancy taste. ♪ Grilled Shiretoko chicken. The skin is crispy! The meat is jiggly! The famous garlic rice. The garlic is so strong that you can feel the spiciness! The perilla leaves sprinkled abundantly are a delight (^^ Looking back, I think it's vegetable-based. I didn't order any of the dishes (lol) Meat Bistro is the best! It was a night where I thoroughly enjoyed Meat Dishes! (^^
