土曜日の仕事帰りに川崎駅を京急からぐるっと回り、チネチッタへ向かってカレーを食べたいと思った瞬間、マスク越しに香辛料の香りが…。キョロキョロ見渡してもカレー屋は無く、香りを辿るとピンク系の店の左に階段が！見上げるとネパール料理の店を発見！
18時40分に入店、先客は2名。お酒を提供してましたね。おそらくネパールの方々、ネパール人夫婦で経営しているみたいで、お子さんがタブレットでアニメを観てました。結構な音量でしたが皆気にしていない。店内は僕以外現地の方々なのでアウェー感がとてつもない(-｡-;
メニューを開くと全体的にリーズナブル。料理名を見ても分からないので写真を見て決めます。タカリセット850円にしました。カレーはチキンかマトンの2種類から選べて、マトンをチョイス♪セットはライスおかわり無料です(^○^) 8分で提供、結構ボリュームがあります^ ^
いただきます。カレーは辛さの選択はできませんでしたがスパイシーで、マトンの独特な香りを楽しめる逸品でした。マトンは骨付きの部位もあり、牛すじならぬ羊すじをいただけます。弾力がありなかなか噛みきれませんが味は超絶まいう♪ 豆のスープは塩っぱめですが、ライスやパパドとよく合いました。
漬物はたくあんに香辛料をまぶしたもの、生野菜のきゅうりとニンジンが添えてあります。生野菜は赤いペーストに付けて食べるとまいうっす^ ^ 野菜カレーはじゃがいもと茄子をドロっとカレーにしたもの。かなりまいうで、これだけでライスが無くなってしまう程。
ライスが全然足りない！おかわりを伝えると大皿にライスが盛ってあり、しゃもじでプレートに乗せてくれます。ストップするまで延々と盛り付けてくれます^ ^
第2段開始！カレーを少しずつ乗せてご飯の山を崩していきます。ホントにまいう！やばい、こりゃハマる！あっという間にライスが無くなり、再度おかわりを伝える。次はストップをかけず全部いただきます。
第3段はカレーを全てかけて食べていきます。マトンがゴロゴロ入っていて弾力があり初めての感覚。インドカレーはホロホロだけど、ネパールは肉肉しさを楽しむみたい。ライスは一粒が長いのでインド米でしょうか？こちらもあっという間に完食(*´꒳`*)
香りだけでこの名店を見つけ出した僕の嗅覚は大したもんだ。運命的な出会いをスーパーアシスト^ ^
これからネパール料理店を見つけたら足を止めてみよう。
