美味しいとんかつが食べたい！
しかも胃もたれしないやつを。
最近加齢とともにとんかつ離れ、たべてもヒレカツ止まりが進んできました。
今回はとにかく美味しいロースカツが食べたくて予算は度外視
川崎に六というお店があるよと知り合いに教えてもらい訪店。川崎駅から10分ほど歩きます。
適度な運動？でお腹もすいたところで極上ロース2000円を発注！隣の方が食べていたエビフライがものすごく美味しそうだったので単品（1200円）もセットで発注しました。
この日のお肉は何処産？だったかわすれてしまいましたが、こちらのお店はTOKYO Xも扱っているとのこと。いずれにせよSPFポークを使っているので臭みもなく、少し赤がのこるロゼでも食べられるそうです。
とんかつが来るまでビールとポテサラでウォーミングアップ。
10分ほどしてお待ちかね、極上ロースの到着です。

この程よくピンクさが残る厚みのあるお肉を。
テーブルには藻塩、岩塩、もう1種類のお塩ととんかつソースが置かれてます。まずは岩塩で。
脂身あまい！そして歯がいらないくらい柔らかい。
うまーーーーい！
衣もサクサク、そしてしつこくない。
これは美味しい。
かなり美味い！
エビフライもエビがまず太い。プリップリ。
揚げ方が大変お上手です。
タルタルと一緒にいただくとエビの旨味が最大限引き出されます。
あっという間に完食。
ごちそう様でした。
