We decided to give this place a try, but despite the space, the place is a solo-op during the weekdays. Although not packed, there were a few groups inside and the owner was running around taking orders, preparing food and serving. We decided to order the chef's recommendation to hopefully ease things. The oden was delicious and perfect with shochu. So delicious, we wanted to order some more. If the owner wasn't too busy, I wanted to try some of the other dishes including the hotpot the group next to us was enjoying. Doesn't really make sense for the customer to be concerned about the owner, but if you want to fully enjoy this place, best to come here during the weekend! [Impressions] I want to eat oden on cold days, so I visited Maru-san in Kawasaki for the first time! On weekdays, it seemed like it was a one-off shop, and although it wasn't very crowded, there were quite a few people in there, and the owner was busy running around. For now, I ordered selection, and the soup was soaked in well and was delicious! It went well with shochu, but I thought it would be a good idea to add it. I added a few other items to the obedient owner's frustration, but I actually wanted to order something other than oden, but I was also curious about the hot pot at the table next to me. It's a little strange that the customers are so considerate towards the store staff, but if you want to fully experience it, we recommend visiting on the weekend!
