夜での訪問。
初めてこの海底撈火鍋に訪れたのは、中国本土の深圳に旅行で訪れた時。
そこで体験した圧倒的接客と火鍋スタイル、そしてカンフー麺のパフォーマンスが忘れられずにいた。
それからどの国でも海底撈があれば寄るほどファンになっていた。
そして日本初の池袋店、新宿店ができた際は真っ先に訪問した。
そして何と今回、川崎にも海底撈が進出してきた。
それを知って、居ても立っても居られず突撃。
エレベーターを上りフロアへ到着すると早速お出迎え。
スタッフはほぼ中国の方。
入り口で一番くじを引かせてもらえた。
何やら当たりらしくビールが一杯無料になった。
そんなこんなでこちらは接客、ホスピタリティや気配りが半端ない。
注文は全てタブレットで行う。
机下には充電器もある。
今回はベーシックな麻辣と白湯スープの鍋底にした。
麻辣は相当辛いので苦手な人は注意すべし。
400円くらいで調味料取り放題がつくので、必ずこれは付けた方がいい。
丸のセンマイ、羊肉、カンフー麺はおすすめ。
カンフー麺は何度見てもパーフォーマンスが楽し過ぎる。
海底撈特製のスタウトビールはかなり好み。
そんなこんなで大満足して、1人5000円しないくらい。
コースもあるのでそちらもアリ。
