神奈川県・川崎駅周辺エリアにある中華料理店(四川料理)です。
JR川崎駅から徒歩５分、京浜急行川崎駅から徒歩４分で、砂子通り沿いにこちらのお店はあります。
飲食店ビルの８階にあり、ポップでカラフルな店内で、メイドカフェにでも迷い込んだと勘違いしそうで、とても中華料理の雰囲気は全くありません。
店内は窓際に丸テーブル２つ、ソファボックス席２つ、あとは2人用テーブル席が多数で、40人位座れそうです。
ホールの店員さんは多分全員中国系で、若者ばかり4人居ましたが接客は日本語でした。
オーダーは、卓上のタッチパネルで行います。
本日は、お得なランチメニューが無いとの事で、アラカルトでこちらをオーダー。
♦四川風牛肉細麺 1480円(税込)
辛さは、辛味無し・微辣・小辛・中辛・大辛・魔鬼辣(+200円)の6段階の中から選択可能、今日は大辛にチャレンジ。
いかにも辛そうなラー油の海のビジュアルである。 具材は、パクチー・チンゲン菜・牛肉。麺はストレートの細麺。
まずは一口スープの辛さを確かめてみる、かなり辛いってもんじゃない、物凄く辛い、すぐに毛穴から汗が吹き出しました。
麺をすする時も注意が必要で、気を付けないと咳き込むことになります。
料理の辛さだけでなく美味しさも引き出すために、唐辛子は四川から直接取り寄せているらしく、パクチーの味も分からないぐらいでした。
牛肉はしっかり煮込まれてるせいか脂感は少ないです。
しかしコラーゲンはたっぷり残ってますね。
牛肉が辛味からの逃げ場になるとは、何とか完食しましたが、久しぶりの辛麺と格闘にいい汗をかきました。
まだまだ修行が足りず、大学はまだ早いと気づかされ、次回は麻辣中学(中辛)に入学ですね。
