注文 麻婆豆腐定食@850
◾️お店に入るまで
ビルの8階で降りるのだが、エレベーターのドアが開くと階を間違えた？と錯覚する。とても可愛い店内なのである。パステルカラーの店内。麻辣と合わないような気がするも、新しい形なのかもしれない。
何故かドラえもんがいる。あと、招き猫も。エレベーターが着くと「いらっしゃいませ」のアナウンスが流れる。
◾️注文
初めてなので、麻婆豆腐定食（@850）にする。ここで気がついたのだが、お店の方は全員中国の方のようだ。加えて、お客さんの半分以上も中国の方みたいだ。店内に中国語が飛び交っている。中国にいるみたいだ。
◾️実食
注文後、程なくして供出されます。麻婆豆腐の皿が大きいぞ〜。結構なボリュームです。
定食には、たまごスープ、漬け物、杏仁豆腐が付きます。加えて、使い捨てのエプロンが付いてきました。とてもありがたい。
さて、いただきます。たまごスープから。良い塩加減、美味しいです。
次は、メインの麻婆豆腐。
おぉ、味噌の味風味香りが良いですね。こんなにハッキリ味噌を認識出来るのはあまりないですね。とても美味しいです。あっ、辛さは注文の時に「2番目」の辛さにしました。まぁまぁ辛いです。食べていると、汗が吹き出してきます。ご飯が進みますね。
最後は杏仁豆腐。普通においしかったよ。
◾️飲食後記
たまたま川崎で下車してありつけました。思っていたより美味しいですね。他のも試してみたいです。コスパが良かったです。ご馳走様でした。ココもガチ中華なのかな。定義が良く分からない…
