白身魚スパイシー煮込みの辛さ小に気をつけろ！
2回目です。前回は麻婆豆腐で、今回は白身魚スパイシー煮込み。
スパイシー煮込みはラーメン丼のような食器で提供されます。なかなか辛そうなすごい見た目だ...
丼なのでレンゲでスープを一口飲んでみます。
喉にダイレクトアタック！思わず咳き込んでしまいます。とんでもねえ辛さ小だ...！
とりあえず具をサルベージして食べていきます。
たくさんの白身魚、キクラゲ、豆もやし、きゅうり、結構ボリューミーです。切った唐辛子、削っていない花椒もそのままごろごろ入っていて大変スパイシーです。
辛さのあまり私は泣いてしまいました。
店員さんがまめにお水を注いでくれるのがありがたいです。
しかし辛すぎておいしくないかというとそうではありません。全ての具を食べて杏仁豆腐を食べている時にスープに再チャレンジすると辛さに少しなれたのか旨みを感じるんですね。レンゲに10杯くらい飲みました笑
しかし辛いものが苦手な人には全くお勧めできないと思います。辛さレベル的には中本の麻婆豆腐くらいです。
次はまた別のメニューにチャレンジしたいですね。
余談ですがこのあとコンビニで買った飲むヨーグルトが大変おいしかったです。

超おいしい麻婆豆腐
平日の13時過ぎの訪問です。エレベーターで8階へ。
おしゃれなカフェのような雰囲気です。店内はほとんどが中国の方のようでいろんなところから中国語が聞こえてきます。
注文は麻婆豆腐850円、辛さは小にしました。
5, 6分で到着。お皿が大きくて見栄えします。
小でもまずまず辛味があります。辛味以外にも複雑にスパイシーで旨みが感じられます。今まで食べた麻婆豆腐でNo.1かもしれません。
スープはやや甘め、漬物は爽やかで麻婆豆腐のひとやすみにバッチリです。
とてもおいしかったです、他のメニューもチャレンジしたいですね

今度は担々麺。
1番弱い辛さでお願いしたけど、並の店なら辛口だなと思うくらいの辛さでした笑
少し酸味を感じる味で、僕の思う、担々麺といえばこの味！とは少し違いましたが結構スープを飲んでしまうほどおいしいです。
上に載っている肉は挽肉でなく、乾燥した豚肉のような感じでした。
ごちそうさまでした。
辛くて体がびっくりしたのか、食べ終わってから1時間くらいしゃっくりが鳴り続けました笑
