ミシュラン１つ星の麻布十番スブリムが監修した鉄板焼き屋さんへ伺いました。
久しぶりの川崎駅。
駅周辺がものすごく綺麗になり、昔のイメージとは全然違いますね！
来るたびに進化している。
こちらは川崎駅東口から徒歩5分ほど、ビルの８階にあり、
系列のお鮨屋さんも同じフロアにあります。
カウンターに座ると大きな窓から景色が広がり、
きっと夜も素敵なんだろうな〜〜♡

鰯の山椒煮

鯛の子
うどのきんぴら
和の前菜が並びます。
どれも手間がかかるものばかり。丁寧に作られていて好印象。
●タコのカルパッチョ キャビアイクラ
水蛸かな？柔らかい薄造りの蛸にみょうがやディルなどと、
なんとキャビアとイクラもトッピングされれいます！
贅沢。
●ローストビーフのサラダ
お肉がやわらかいし、しっとりでうま味もありおいしい。
エディブルフラワーがあしらわれ、ビジュアル的にもかわいくてテンション上がります。
●青海苔餡の茶碗蒸し
お肉と野菜を焼いている間にサーブされました。
滑らかで出汁香る茶碗蒸しに、青海苔餡の風味が良いですね！
●北海道 黒毛和牛
目の前の鉄板でじっくり焼いてくださいました。
だし醤油、ゲランド塩 わさびでいただきます。
お肉やわらかいし、脂が甘い！
肉質がすごく良くてこれはもたれません。
●焼き野菜
宮崎産 佐渡原 長茄子
京都産大黒しめじ
フランス産ポワロー葱
静岡産芽キャベツ、ズッキーニ
群馬産モロッコいんげん
こちらも目前の鉄板で焼いてくれます。
蒸し焼きにするから水分も適度にあるし、野菜の甘みがとても感じられる。
大きな大黒しめじと長茄子が特に良かったです。

旬のご飯大好きです。
季節ごとに訪れたくなります。
●ミルクプリン
やさしい甘みのある舌触りの良いミルクプリンでコース終了。
お料理やドリンクのサーブのタイミングやサービスも良く、
川崎で落ち着いて食事をするときに、とても重宝しそうな良いお店でした。
