It is located in a restaurant area about 5 minutes walk from Kawasaki Station. The elevator is located a little off the sidewalk, so be careful not to overlook it when visiting for the first time. On this day, we had the ``Short Dinner Course'' with appetizers, today's thin sashimi, seasonal grilled vegetables, 120g of teppanyaki domestic beef sirloin, cooked Teppanyaki, pickled vegetables, red soup stock, and seasonal sweets. ``Appetizer'' It was a very hot day, so I was happy that it was flavorful and had a refreshing aftertaste. The container is also nice, so it looks cool. You can enjoy a variety of tastes and textures little by little. The taste of my favorite cream cheese made me feel good. ``Today's Usuzukuri'' Today we had sea bream carpaccio. Luxurious caviar and lots of it! The scent of dill is also effective, and you can enjoy various flavors in your mouth. The taste goes well with alcohol, so I couldn't help but order the sparkling wine. ``Seasonal Grilled Vegetables'' After the very elegant appetizers, it was time for Teppan-yaki. The vegetables for this day were my favorite Manganji chili pepper, Miyazaki's traditional vegetables Sadowara eggplant, Moroccan green beans, paprika, zucchini, and korikiki. The seasoning is salt, pepper, and butter (probably), but the wasabi salt (made in France) placed on the table, and even without the addition of dashi soy sauce, the vegetables themselves are packed with flavor and are very delicious. The hearty and juicy taste of Sadowara eggplant makes you realize once again how delicious summer vegetables are. ``Domestic Beef Sirloin Teppanyaki'' Today's meat was Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kumamoto Prefecture. I had it grilled medium-rare as recommended by the staff at the restaurant. The cut side of the meat is a beautiful red color and the appearance is very appetizing. When you bring the easy-to-eat bite-sized meat to your mouth, it has a fine, soft texture, and above all, it's extremely juicy! It's so delicious that the flavorful meat juices overflow in your mouth. I enjoyed both the refreshing taste of wasabi salt and the richness of dashi soy sauce. ``Garlic rice, pickled vegetables, red soup stock'' The rice in the course is seasoned rice, but I changed it to garlic rice. The garlic rice is made on a griddle right in front of you, and it's so elaborate that you feel like you're bowing to the person who made it. (If I tried to make it the same way at home, it would be so complicated and tedious that it would be impossible!) The aroma of the cooked garlic was so good that I was excited even before I ate it. When you put it in your mouth, the texture of the well-seared meat, the crispiness of the garlic, the texture of the stir-fried rice, and the combination of various textures with the flavors of soy sauce and garlic, the more you chew. Deeply delicious. There was also the pickle of my favorite turnip, and I completed the meal with the red soup stock, which was nice to have in a single-drink size. Actually, I was a bit full and thought I might not be able to finish the garlic rice, but I loved the taste so much that I ended up eating too much. ``Seasonal Sweetness'' The smooth and rich hojicha Ice cream and the soft texture of matcha warabi mochi are an unmistakable combination that will leave you satisfied until the last bite. In front of the counter seat where I sat, a relaxation film showing Japanese scenery was playing. You can fully enjoy your meal time, which is not only delicious but also visually pleasing, as you can see the beautiful scenery flowing on the big screen and watch the food being prepared on the griddle. Thank you for the meal♡
