タイトル通り綺麗だし、匂いもつかないのだけど、私はちょっと…だったかな。
サムギョプサルはイベリコ豚と普通のお肉のセットを注文。焼肉とか焼くような焼き台？グリル？で焼いてくれます。
店員さんは悪くないんだけど、やっぱ焼き過ぎだし脂が煙と一緒にちゃんと下に落ちてしまい、独特の肉肉しさが薄れちゃった感じ。
サンチュ、エゴマ、もやし、キムチ、辛いネギ、ニンニク、辛味噌、青唐辛子、ごま油、付けだれ？が付いてきます。野菜がいっぱい取れてヘルシー！
他にはオクラのキムチ、ヤンニョムチキン、海鮮チヂミ、スンドゥブを注文。海鮮チヂミはかなりイマイチ。。海鮮は本当に申し訳程度で、主人は私が言うまで海鮮入りとは気付いてませんでした。もっとパリッと焼いて欲しい。。
飲み物はビール、ハイボール、フレッシュチャミスル１本、黒霧島2杯。
予約の方が多いようで賑わっていましたし、小さなお子様連れも多くファミリーには良さそう。
商業施設内なので、いろいろ制約はありそうだけども頑張ってほしいです。
