早めの晩御飯、16時ごろに行きましたがお客さんは1人だけですぐ座ることができました。
座ってから財布を家に忘れてきたことに気づきましたがpaypayが使えるようで注文しました。
1日20食限定のコク醤油は残念ながら本日売り切れだったので塩ラーメンにしました。
麺はツルツルの細麺、スープは塩見が効いており無難に美味しい感じでした。
味玉は通常と燻製で選べるとのことで燻製を選択、燻した香りが良かったです。
チャーシューは豚と鳥、しっとりとしていて食べやすかったです。
