I heard that they use white truffle oil, and I personally don't think truffles are necessary for Ramen, so I avoided it for a while, but I had something to do nearby so I came here. Salt Ramen for 900 yen and rice with truffle egg and meat for 400 yen. The salt Ramen has a hot golden soup and is quite delicious. However, I can't smell the white truffle scent, so I think it's better not to say "I use white truffle oil" in this case. Those like me who don't need truffles in Ramen will avoid it, and those who like truffles won't be satisfied. As mentioned in other people's reviews, the pork chashu had a slight smell (this may be the flavor of the pork) and was not good. Egg-cooked rice is expensive. Also, the truffle scent is not at all strong. My favorite Wazu series has a better scent and is cheaper, so I like to compare it.
