鶏刺しの美味しさに加え、ファニーの親子丼の新感覚に驚きました。

レバ刺しは、ごま油とお塩で。くさみはまったくなく、濃厚でとろける美味しさ。これだけ食べていたいと思いました

ささみ刺しは、お醤油で。外側はしっかりと火が通っていて、中はしっとり。あっさりといただけます

お醤油は黒が九州、白が関東風。ささみ刺しには、九州醤油のほうが好みでした

チキン南蛮半熟タルタル250円。濃い味サクサクの唐揚げを、たまごサンドの中身のようなタルタルソースが包んでいます

川崎の用心棒450円。甘辛い手羽先、手羽元の1組です。甘みよりも醤油の強い、スパイシーな味付け。部位の違う味わいが楽しめます

ファニーの親子丼750円。鶏のたたきとねぎ、卵黄に薬味で生姜とにんにくがついています

薬味を入れてお醤油をかけ、まぜました。たまごかけごはんとは一線を画す、新感覚の美味しさです。にんにくもきいているのだけれど、生姜のアクセントが最高。ただ、このあと人にお会いするのは無理かも

ジムビームメガハイボール740円、誠鏡 幻1合770円。幻、からすぎずにキレがあって、お料理に合う美味しさです。この後は八海山の熱燗4合をいただいて帰路につきました

平日の夜に2人でうかがいました。
席の埋まりかたは3割くらいです。
2時間弱の滞在で、
お料理5品、メガハイボールと
日本酒を5号いただいて7,200円です。
ゆったりできて、非常に満足です。
まずは接客。
お料理担当のちょっとこわもてのお兄さま、
非常に礼儀ただしくて、笑顔がステキです。
ホールのお姉さまもかわいらしくて、
しっかりとした対応で、注文がしやすい環境です。
お料理のほうでは「ファニーの親子丼」。
生姜やにんにくが好きなかたなら、
ぜひ、オススメ。新感覚の美味しさです。
このあと、人にお会いするのは無理です（笑）。
相方さんは3杯は食べられると言っていました。
レバ刺しもとろける美味しさで、
これをお目当てにうかがいたいくらい。
ほかのメニューもいただいてみたいので、
また、うかがいたいと思います。
