食べログのポイントが、期間が切れそうだったので、１９時に予約をしてポイントも使いました。
お店には早めに着いてしまい、電話を掛けて時間を１８時に変更して貰いました。
お店へ行くと予約したカウンター席に、名前が書いてある紙が置いてありました。
置いてあったメニューを見てから一応、店員さんにお蕎麦は全て十割そばか聞くと、「当店のそばは全て十割そばです。」「お勧めは天せいろで、２種類の油で揚げています。」など教えて頂きました。
それならお勧めの天せいろを食べようと思い、天せいろ１６３９円を注文しました。
５分もしないうちに出てきました。
こんなに早く天ぷらが揚がるのかな？と思いました。
天ぷらの内容は、大葉、ヤングコーン、舞茸、なす、海老、レンコンでした。
ヤングコーンは一番固くて、次になすが固かったです。
舞茸とレンコンは普通の固さと味でしたが、舞茸は小さめでした。
大葉は少し油っぽかったです。
海老は弾力が無く、柔らかかったです。
そばは見た目、十割そば？といった感じでした。
食べても風味があまり無く、コシはそこそこありました。
めんつゆは、醤油感が強く塩辛いかなといった印象でした。
漬物はきゅうりと、沢庵でした。
きゅうりは最初甘い味がしましたが、すぐに塩辛い味がしました。
沢庵は千切りにカットしてあり、味はこちらも塩辛かったです。
全体的に塩辛い味付けでした。
友人は、炙り鴨せいろ、馬刺しメニューから極上ユッケ、和三盆のプリンを食べました。
極上ユッケ、和三盆のプリンをシェアしてくれました。
極上ユッケは、鮮度がいまいちでした。
和三盆プリンはクリームブリュレの様な味で、甘さ控えめで一番美味しかったです。
