最近川崎にオープンした、ラムの専門店です。北海道産のラム肉を使ってるとか。
ラム塩肩ロースセット 1100円

①ラム塩肩ロース
北海道産のラムらしいです。
既に味がついているのでタレは特に無いです。
セットにすると、サラダやキムチに味噌汁、ライスがつきます。
肝心のラムですが、しっかりめな食べ応えです。臭みはそこまで強くなく、苦手な方でも食べられるかもしれません(*´ `*)
塩味がちょっと強めに効いていて、かなりライスが進みました！
②ラムのソーセージ
ソーセージは自家製です！
燻製のソーセージ、スパイシーなソーセージ、ダイレクトに辛めのソーセージの3つでした。
燻製の香り、スパイシーな辛味、辛いソーセージと、それぞれ楽しめました！
それぞれ、ジューシーというよりは、旨味や味付けを楽しむ感じでした！
