14:00過ぎの到着。店内空席あり。食券を購入して着席。全席カウンターです。
並盛→中盛の増量は無料とのことなので中盛をオーダーしました。
少々提供まで時間を要しましたがボリュームのある麺から到着。私は、太目の麺が好みなので。ほどなくスープも到着。ドロドロ感が麺に良く絡みそうです。
いざ一口、魚介のパンチが効いています。しかしながら動物系の旨味と脂がマイルドにまとめています。
麺にもしっかり絡み付き、上手にバランスがとれています。
海苔3枚、豚バラチャーシュー3枚、メンマ、味玉、鰹節、刻みネギにお好みで刻みタマネギもトッピング可能です。
総じてとても満足度も高く、満腹になります。パッと見高く見えますが、トッピングの贅沢さを考えるとコスパはよろしいかと思います。
魚介中心の濃厚な味わいですので、万人受けとはいかないでしょうが、刺さる一杯でした。
