玉グループの総本山、初訪問。
この日は寒かったので、つけ麺ではなく、特製ラーメンを注文。並か中盛りかを聞かれ、並盛り（200g）を選択。卵かけご飯も食べたかったので、麺は少な目にした。
豚骨魚介系の濃厚なスープ、チャーシュー3枚、半熟卵、海苔、たっぷりの具材と、加水率のちょうど良い歯ごたえの麺。欠点が全く見当たらない万人受けする味。卵かけご飯も超うまかった。ただ、卵かけご飯にスープや魚粉などをかけて食べたら美味しそうだなと思ったけれど、ラーメンはラーメン、TKGはTKG、と、別々に食べた方が美味かった。合わせると、うま味が暴れて、折角の素材の味が感じられなくなってしまった。
次回は、つけ麺。インドのつけ麺が気になりすぎる。
