川崎のコストコに行った後の昼ごはんとして、適当に検索して伺いました。
14時回っていたにもかかわらず、プチ行列でした。10番目くらいだったのですが、並んでいるとまだまだ後ろに列は伸びていきます。
これは期待感大ですね。
一番人気のつけ麺を注文。待つこと10分くらいで
着丼。
平打ちの少し縮れた大きめの麺、好みだなぁ。スープは茶色で魚介系？ポタージュのようなコッテリ濃厚な感じです。スープを一口すすると濃厚なのに全然しつこくない！和食の出汁を濃厚にした感じでしょうか。
麺をつけると縮れにスープが絡まりいい感じ。いゃあ～美味い。検索して飛び込んだ初見のお店としては大当たりですね。
大盛りで頼んだので半分ほど食べ進め、卓上の柑橘系の特別酢を麺にかけてみました。
これまた味変がバチ美味い。
あっという間に完食しました。
仕上げは、スープ割りです。おすすめだという柚も散らしていただきます。
完飲しました。
控えめに行って大満足でした。行列も頷けます。このお店は初めてでしたが、機会があればまた伺いたいと思います。
