I made a reservation and went to eat with a friend. I made a reservation for a table seat on the first floor, but the first floor was all table seats. I thought the spaces between the seats on the first floor were a bit narrow... It seemed that customers who came to this store were allowed to go to the second floor first, and when it was full, they were allowed to go to the first floor. As it happened, there were no other customers on the first floor until I left. I sat down, looked at the menu, and ordered. For my first order, I ordered green onion tongue salt loin, Sendai beef short ribs, black oolong tea, sanchu, oki kimchi, and choregi salad. While holding the green onion salt, he explained, ``It has tteok and garlic sprouts on it.'' The green onion salt was served in a separate plate with lots of green onions. When I wrapped the grilled tongue with green onions and ate it, the fatty tongue and green onions went well together and was delicious. The loin and Sendai beef short ribs didn't look very well-marbled, but when I ate them, they had just the right amount of fat. For my second order, I ordered fresh aburi liver, grilled skirt steak with tendons, grilled cubes of skirt steak with salt, sandwich, and cherry blossom yukke sashimi. The sakura yukke sashimi was hard and had some streaky parts. I ordered two types of skirt steak, but I thought it would have been better to order regular skirt steak. I ordered the fresh aburi liver with salt, and it was fresh, slightly sweet, and delicious. For my third order, I ordered freshly roasted liver, green onion tongue and salt sandwich. I ordered fresh aburi liver and green onion tongue salt which were delicious. The clerk asked, ``Would you like me to bring you some cold water or hot tea?'' ``Would you like me to bring you a warm or cold towel?'' I asked for hot tea and warm towels. For my fourth order, I ordered Cheese in the Baum ICE, homemade rich almond tofu. The food came out right away, but while I was waiting, my friend noticed that there was a dish that said "1/2" on the menu. Just as I expected to hear when they brought it to me, they said, ``It says it's a dish that can be halved.'' However, I was told that the price would be 60%, not half the price. I thought that would be a good idea, so I ordered a half size Cold Noodles. While we were waiting, we shared a small dessert. After waiting for a while, the Cold Noodles Cold Noodles came out, so I ate them first. The ingredients included green onions, chashu pork, seasoned eggs, kimchi, wakame seaweed, and soup ice. It was a soup with a strong dashi stock, and I liked the taste of the soup. The char siew was soft and I liked that it was a flavored egg rather than a boiled egg. Two people ate Cold Noodles and it was delicious, so I might have eaten it in a regular size instead of a half! ? I ate the Cheese in the Baum ICE that I had saved for last, and the homemade rich almond tofu. Cheese in the Baum ICE had cheesecake inside Baumkuchen. They went together better than I expected, and were delicious as they were cool. Homemade Rich Almond Tofu As the name suggests, it was a rich almond tofu. After eating, I paid the bill. Since I was at my car at checkout, I got a ticket for the affiliated parking lot. The ticket is for up to 2 hours, and when I went to the parking lot to pay, I found out that it was a little more than that, so I paid 200 yen.
