先日近所にOPENした自家製麺の沖縄そば店（2階は物産店）
入ってみると顔見知り2名が先にそば食ってるしオーナーは20年来の知り合いだったw
んで製麺教えてるのが俺がよく行く「麺屋 利八」さんw
小麦は本土には卸さない沖縄製粉の小麦を直で購入し船便で仕入れるこだわり（利八さんのTwitterより引用）
出汁効いてるし麺はモチモチでメッチャ美味しかった〜
トッピングの肉もホロホロで最高
近所なので通わせて頂きます
