先週末、ふと通りがかった
お好み焼き屋の看板を見た時
「久しぶりに美味しいお好み焼き
食べたいなー」
と思いつき、その思いが休日も続き
近所でネット検索したら。。。
アリマシタ(´▽`)ノ
「ぽんぽこ本°舗」
前、後ろどちらから読んでも
「ぽんぽこぽんぽ！」(笑)
うちのカクレクマノミの名前が
「ポンポコ」なので
何か親近感アリよ(≧∇≦)b
店内はキレイで広くてゆったり～
料金設定高めなのも仕方ないのかな～
オーナーがお好み焼き好きで
たくさん食べ歩き、研究して
こだわりのお好み焼きが食べれるそうです！
2人でシェアなので、
お好み焼き、もんじゃ、広島風と
無難にオススメマークの付いたものに
ミックス玉 1180円
明太子もちチーズもんじゃ 1380円
ミックス玉焼けました！
焼き方説明もイラスト付きで
分かりやすくて、上手く焼けたー
生地がふわっとしてて美味しい！
もんじゃは食べ慣れてないので
焼くのも彼に任せて…
意外と時間かかるんですねー
お好み焼きより軽くて量いけちゃう！
今まではあまり好きで無かったけど

焼きそばは美味しかったけど、
そばとお好み焼きの一体感が
今一つで、
私が作った広島風みたい(笑)
こちらは鉄板焼きのステーキ
黒毛和牛！も人気らしく
