昨年まで4年間、本場関西の粉ものを食べ続けていました。
そしたら関東の粉ものでは満足できなくなっています。
CP、大きさ、ソースの豊富さ、やっぱり西にはかないません。
いつも通ると人だかりがあって混雑が見えていました。
まぁ待つにしろ、ちょっと狭い建物なので下で待つしかないです。
お店の駐車場は4台。
近隣の他のお店のコインパーキングと提携しているようなので、ここの駐車場が狭くて怖いと思われる方はデニーズに置いてきた方が無難です。
実際入った時はまだピークではなかったので車は全空でしたが、季節柄、忘年会シーズンだったこともあり、自転車が20台ぐらいずら～っと並ぶと、駐車場入り口がとても狭く見えます。
帰る時は全部埋まっていて、若干、出るのに切り返さないとならないので怖い人は避けた方がいいでしょう。
そしてここはエレベーターが付いています。
受け付けは2F、テーブル席。
3Fは宴会にも使える座敷だそうで、この日も予約がたくさん貼ってありました。
籠は大人4人でいっぱいなので、車椅子はギリギリですかね？
足の不自由な方でも来店できるのは良いです。
店内は明るく、地元密着だなぁと思わせるグッズが並べられていました。
調味料は多く、ここは皇室献上したソースを関西からわざわざ取り寄せているとのことで、ソースが二つ用意されていました。
関西と関東ソース。
塩胡椒、七味、ウスターソース、なぜか味の素。
マヨネーズは3連穴タイプで、子供でも綺麗にあの線が描けそうでしたが、マヨネーズは上手く飛び出してくれませんでしたね。
ここのHPにもありましたが、店長のお考えで色々と書かれています。
静かに食べたい方にはホント向かないので、御注意ください。
遊び心と会話を大切にお店です。
関西ソースは酸味と甘みの強いもの。若干フルーティーな感じがしました。
関東ソースは家の中濃ソースっぽい感じで、関西ソースに比べると酸味も甘みもほとんどない味です。
マヨネーズは粘り気が少なく、そんなに濃い感じはしませんでしたね。胃もたれが少な目。
今回は海鮮ミックスと牛筋を注文。
お値段はチェーン店に比べても普通ですが、違いはやはり具材ですね。
自分で焼くタイプの某チェーン店に行くと、キャベツと薄い粉生地で誤魔化されていますが、ここのはちゃんと丼の底で長芋が多く入っていました。
それも長芋とちゃんとわかるほどの量。
なので、しっかり長芋と生地と具材を空気を入れるように混ぜ、大きさを調整して上げるとフワフワに仕上がりました。
HPの通り、べちゃ硬いお好み焼きにはなりません。
海老も酷いと不味いのが多いですが、ここのは焼いてもプリップリ！で美味しかったです。
また、接客も愛想のいいお姉さま方で、お水の減りにもすぐ気づけるし、お勧めも声を掛けてきてくれます。
久しぶりにクーポンが使えるお店だったので、待たせてしまったのには申し訳なかったですが、慣れているのか嫌な顔せず待っていただいて、ベテランを見た気がします。
ソースも美味しいし、子供でもふわふわに焼ける。
チェーン店以外で関東としては良いお店だと思いました。
