チャーシュー麺。
ワンタン麺。
連休のど真ん中、思い立って川崎まで用を足しに来た。
昼過ぎに思い立ったのでご飯を食べていなくてそこらをうろうろしていたら如何にも歴史があると云った風情の中華料理屋を発見。
他にはお店が見当たらなかったので半ば強引に相方を丸め込み入店。
店内には競馬中継をテレビでやっていて、それに夢中だったご主人が素敵な笑顔で迎えてくれた。
メニューわ眺めていると、麺類がとても安い事にはすぐに気付いたが、その後で単品ライスが340円もすることがとても気になった。
チャーハンも700円越えと麺類に比べて高い。
取り敢えずチャーシュー麺とワンタン麺をオーダー。
さっきまで競馬の話で夢中になっていた店内が仕事モードに早変わり。
その様子を見ていたら、店の古さの割には厨房がとても綺麗だった。
そんなことを気にしていたらチャーシューが到着。
チャーシュー麺もワンタン麺も期待していたものと相違ないものが目の前に置かれる。スープも麺も色んな意味で外れはしない。
チャーシューは好みはあるだろうけど、しっかり噛んで食べるタイプ。しかしパサついてはない。
麺の量も微妙に多いし、700円くらいでこれは大したものだと思う。
仕事を終えた店主はまた競馬に夢中になっている。
無駄なサービスはないが、こちらが声を掛けると破顔して応えてくれる。
無駄は一切なし。ライスは高いけど。
また機会があれば寄ってみたいお店だった。
