鹿島田で美味しい広島焼
鹿島田駅から徒歩5分かからない。ランチをいただく。この辺りでは広島焼の専門店は珍しいのでどうかな？と思い訪問。結論、美味しい。広島焼は現地でいくつも食べたか、遜色なし。個人的には焼きそばをもう少し焼いてパリパリにしてもらうと嬉しかった。今度は夜カウンターで食したい。

お昼過ぎに訪問。ちょうど切れ目で2人となったが、切れ目なく来店客が訪れる。
ランチの肉玉そばのイカ天トッピングをお願いした。ランチではトッピングかドリンクが選べるのがいい。本格的な広島焼を税込990円でいただけるのはありがたい。
焼きそばはちゃんとこんがり焼かれ、キャベツは蒸されている。当然美味しい。ソース、マヨネーズ、一味がちゃんと揃っている。広島で有名店を周りましたが、全く引けを取らない。広島焼きは料理人の腕で大分変わる。
この日は半分をそのまま、1/4を+一味、1/4+マヨネーズ+一味で美味しくいただきました。
