久しぶりに、一口スープを啜って、思わず『うめ〜』と唸るような美味しいラーメンを食べた。
武蔵小杉の丸仙というラーメン屋の支那そば。
あっさり醤油味でスープがとても美味しく、最後まで熱々。
麺は細めのストレート。
自分のラーメンの好みのど真ん中だった。
店の前は何度も通ってたけど、いつも混んでるから避けてた。
いやー、やっぱ並んでるのは理由があるんだな〜。
